Terms and Conditions, Cancellations, Returns,Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Indiesouk.com is an All Indian Ecommerce Marketplace Platform that showcases Products from select brands /companies from India. 
  2. Indiesouk is born out of passion for India and all things Indian. The Objective of Indiesouk is to build a community that appreciates Indian Brands, Indian Culture & ancient wisdom  
  3. At Indiesouk, we do not hold the inventory of the products. We operate on what is called a Drop Shipping model. Your order is communicated to the respective brand who in turn dispatch the products to the shipping address as mentioned in the order. Please also note that when your order contains products from multiple brands, you will receive the same from respective brands and may not as a single consignment. 
  4. Team Indiesouk will track your order from the time you have placed them till you receive the same and will be your partner in liaising with the brand to deliver the same .
  5. In the highly unlikely event that your product has arrived damaged please take photographs of the consignment and share the same with our customer service team for us to review and liaise with the respective brand. We also urge you to do so within 24 hours from the time you received these products.
  6. The Products that you see and the descriptions / claims about the usage or benefits of these products are as given by the respective brands / company. Any differences or dispute in these claims should be taken up with the brands directly and Indiesouk will not be responsible for any misrepresentation or claim.
  7. Returns and exchanges are offered only on the items that are size and colour specific and in the event of a great degree of variation in the colour / size. For more information you may write to us at Care@indiesouk.com 
  8. Please note that there may be a minor difference in products as displayed to the actual due to the varying nature of photography, screen settings & temperature of your device.

  10. Cancellation Policy: Please note that we do not entertain cancellation once the order is placed.
  11. Refunds : In a rare scenario that a product has gone out of stock or if proven that the product that you have received is defective (after careful examination ) and If you do not opt for an exchange or an alternative product , refunds are processed . Such Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method as used to pay towards the product  within 7 working days from the time your refund is approved.
 Offers and Discount:
At Indiesouk, we or our merchant partners can come up with offers / discounts time and again. These are time bound offers that are auto fulfilled or coupon code driven. Please note the general terms with respect to discounts and offers. 
     1.The discount code issued cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer.
  1. The discount is only applicable on the product value and not on shipping charges or Taxes
  2. The discount code shall be entered during the checkout.

Customs Duty & Taxes:

Orders that are shipped outside of India may be subject to customs duty, levies & Taxes as governed by the local law. Please note that Indiesouk will not bear such charges and we request you to be aware of any such additional duty / taxes before placing an order.
